Crock Pot Stew

Crock Pot Beef Stew:

1 pound stew meat

4 medium potatoes, cut into large pieces

4 carrots, sliced or 4 handfuls of baby carrots

1 bay leaf

1 package dry onion soup mix

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas (optional)

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cook 6-8 hours on low heat of for 4-5 hours on high heat, stirring occasionally to mix.
